This class is free of charge to those IPA members who purchase an unlimited CrossFit membership. For all non-gym members, classes are $10 per drop in.

Shred is a HIIT circuit training class designed to leave you feeling healthy and happy after class. Shred lasts 45 minutes in duration from start of warm up to end of workout. Classes are designed to help members improve cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, coordination, speed and agility and strength through the use of compound body weight movements and lighter weight exercises. These classes are also taught in a group setting with instruction from a coach.
