Peaches & Cream

So simple, and so satisfying. This healthy dessert alternative will not disappoint!

  • 1 Peach
  • 1/2c-1c Nonfat or 1-2% Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/2-1 packet Stevia
  • 1-2 TBSP granola of choice
  • Fresh mint
  1. Slice peach and warm with your choice heat medium. I actually threw mine on the grill for 4-5 minutes before slicing, because…summer! You can sauté in pan over medium heat. Sprinkle Stevia (or even cinnamon) over peaches as you sauté.
  2. Mix yogurt and protein powder together. For creamier consistency, just add a touch of water (or milk of choice) until desired cream consistency.
  3. Place dollop of your homemade “cream” on top of warm peaches. Sprinkle with additional Stevia. Top with granola and fresh mint.
