60 Wallballs

60 Pull Ups

60 cal Bike

50 Wallballs

50 Pull Ups

50 cal Bike

400m Barbell Carry

40 Wallballs

40 Pull Ups

40 cal Bike
You may add weight to barbell. You can run with barbell or add weight and walk with heavier barbell.
